This white Negroni is a debonaire concoction which balances Broken Clock Vodka's garden essences with sweet bergamot and herbal vermouth.
INGREDIENTS
- 25 ml Broken Clock Vodka
- 25 ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
- 25 ml Cocchi Americano
Garnish
- Grapefruit half slice
METHOD
For the Cocktail
Combine the ingredients in a mixing glass with plenty of ice and stir with a bar spoon until very well chilled. Strain into a cut-glass tumbler containing one large ice cube. Adjust a half slice of fresh grapefruit inside the glass and enjoy.
